Educate 150 underprivileged children at Nepal

Dear friends,

Greetings, Namaste.

 It’s our great pleasure to share with you friends the Quarterly Progress Report of SDO-Nepal for the duration of  7 March to 3 July, 2026 as follows.

Activities:

 1) Indeed, so heart touching and inspiring experiences we gained during our educational materials support program to the underprivileged and most needy 150 students who are studying in the 5 community secondary schools within Netrawati Dabjong Rural Municipality of Dhading district which is conducted on June, 2026.We are overwhelmed by distributing SCHOOL BAGS, STATIONARY SETS and WATER BOTTLES to these 150 needy children as follows: 

a)      Chautara Secondary School- 30 nos. of students 

b)     Niranjana Secondary School- 30 nos. of students

c)      Mangala Devi Secondary School-30 nos. of students

d)     Kundala Devi Secondary School- 30 nos. of students

e)      Mahendra Barahi Secondary School- 30 nos. of students.

We are heartily grateful to the respected Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Education section Team of Netrawati Dabjong Rural Municipality, Dhading for making the program most successful and memorable and granting us your worthy time. A huge thank you to all respected school principals, Teachers and school management team and lovely 150 students for your great presence and support.

We also THANKS to the SDO TEAM members and volunteers for your commitment and hard work for timely planning, procurement, and effective implementation of program .

We anticipate these educational materials will greatly help to students to enhance their quality education and continuity of their studies. Best wishes students.

We are heartily grateful to our most respected donors for your love and generous donations so that we are able to provide these educational materials to these needy children who are studying in quite rural areas. Please accept our sincere respect and gratitude.

2)  We are overwhelmed by receiving “APPRECIATION CERTIFICATES “ from Netrawati Dabjong Rural Municipality, Dhading on providing school bag, water bottle and stationery sets to 150 underprivileged and needy students who are studying in 5 community schools within this Municipality. It was Indeed, so heart touching and inspiring experiences we gained .

3) Indeed, a small support can bring a significant impact on the lives who are in dare-need. We are boundless happy to share the Outstanding results of  most Topper-students who are studying in 8 community schools within Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu to whom we  have supported them with stationary sets, school bags and water bottle to enhance their quality education and continuity of their studies . We extend our heartiest Thanks to respected teachers and wonderful-Topper students for your outstanding results on the Final-Exam as follows:

a)     Saraswati Secondary School-Tokha,Kathmandu:

-         Ngim Chhiki Class-10  GPA: 3.95

-         Phurten   class-5           GPA: 3.94

b) Dhapasi Secondary school-Tokha,Kathmandu:

-Gopal  class-6   GPA: 3.96

-Chanda class-3  GPA: 3.80

c) Manohar Secondary School, Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Abek class-10  GPA: 3.95

d) Chandeshwori Secondary School, Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Shyamahang  class-2  GPA: 3.85

e) Jhor Mahankal Secondary School,Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Rojy class-2     GPA: 3.86

f) Jalupa Secondary School, Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Ranjana  class-4    GPA: 3.83

g) Tilingatar Secondary School, Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Agam class-6  GPA: 3.74

-Sabhyata  class-5  GPA: 3.71

h) Baudeshwor Secondary School, Tokha, Kathmandu:

-Prajjal   class-3  GPA: 3.72

4) We are also supporting continuously to our reunited girls who are under the care with their families - on tution fees, stationery sets to continue their school education staying with their own families/relatives. Now, they are happily living with their own families and enjoying their own village atmosphere and culture. The updates on their studies are as follows:

i) Saraswati passed the class-12 exam now and she is searching the appropriate colleges to study Bachelor Degree at Kathmandu.  Best wishes Saraswati.

ii) Karishma passed the SEE Exam with excellent result from remote Mugu District. After result of SEE ,Karishma came to Kathmandu and she faced for the SCHOLORSHIP SCHEME with 7,500 applicants from all over the country which is provided by Kathmandu Municipality  and finally she received FULL SCHOLORSHIP on tution fee/admission fee to study class-11 and class-12. Best wishes Karishma, you got full scholarship from Kathmandu Municipality. You are really wonderful.

iii) Pratikshya is studying well in class-10 now. Best wishes Pratikshya.
