Educate Underprivileged Children in Liberia

Carolyn A. Miller School High School had come to an end of another amazing school year and we are thankful to God for this opportunity to have great and kindhearted people like you all.

We have a lot of challenges this year, with water entering the classes, teachers’ salary and poor infrastructure. With the help of you all, VAAFD family have started building a fence at the back of the building to stop the water from entering the classes and they are also renovating some of the classes, especially the early childhood department, and plan to fill the back of the school campus with dirt before the next academic school year in order to stop the flood.

From the highs of accomplishments to the lows of facing difficulties, each moment shapes us in unique ways. It’s amazing to see how Carolyn A. Miller High School overcome obstacles and create a positive impact on the community.

It’s always a mix of emotions when we reach the end of a school year. We have built great memories with our staff and students this year. Our students are happy to see new development on the school campus.  Seeing underprivileged people happy has been our dream and that’s why we are striving to give them quality education. VAAFD believes every child deserves equal opportunity.

Carolyn A. Miller High School Administration appreciates all the help that has been offered to their institution. The principle says thanks to all their donors for making the world brighter for kids who can’t afford it. We move forward not by only looking to the future, but learning from the past.

Please continue to help put a smile on these kids’ faces by supporting this project as we close another chapter. We are thankful for everything you have done for us in the past, and still continue to do.  We hope more people in this world are as phenomenally altruistic and compassionate as you have shown to us.
