Hello loyal supporters!
Since we last reported to you, we have continued our regular education programming as well as special programs for holiday periods which attract people to visit the Zoo, mingle and learn together about wildlife conservation in a spirit of acceptance and co-existence.
In December, we presented a special Hanukkah holiday program which included workshops about nocturnal animals, and animal enrichment activities at the Zoo.
In January we celebrated national Arbor Day (Tu B’Shvat) with tree planting activities accompanied by educational workshops for the whole family on the importance of forests.
In March we will celebrate the Purim holiday with yet more educational activities including visitor participation in animal enrichment and feedings.
Thank you for continuing to support our important community education work here in Jerusalem!
