Dear friends,
The end of the year is upon us once again. It’s
time for us to share with you what has been going on with our preschools in the
camps.
We are pleased to report that the children in
the preschools are thriving under the care of the great staff. To reinforce and
reinvigorate the learning methodology, recently, a teachers training program
was organized to introduce new teaching methods to the staff at the preschools.
The training was conducted by Rokeya and Halima Sultana (senior teachers) and
Sohail Khan (The Education Director for OBAT). Teachers were trained in new
techniques to teach Math, English, Health and Arts and Crafts. Do take a look
at the pictures from the training.
Thanks for being such terrific supporters of
our cause. We are still $4,010 away from meeting our budget for our preschools.
