In 2015, AIL’s Peshawar, Pakistan Learning Center educated 389 students, including 254 females. The subjects taught include English, literacy, Arabic and sewing. AIL Pakistan was also able to provide emergency relief aid to the victims of the terrible October earthquake which devastated parts of the Hindu Kush Mountains area in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. AIL gathered supplies and distributed aid to 1,000 needy Afghans in two remote Pakistan villages.
