Dear Friends of YKIP,

May this project report find you well.

Despite the restriction in Bali, YKIP managed to conduct our scholarship distribution in November 2021. Starting from November 6, YKIP distributes the scholarship to the students in all our project areas. Reached all students under KEMBALI Scholarship Program. On this second-quarter distribution, YKIP distribute the transport allowance to the students as they started the offline study. Most schools now implement a hybrid study method, where the class is divided into smaller groups and they need to study in shifts. Those who are not on a schedule to study at school, still need to attend the online study. YKIP hopes that this allowance will help them to cover the transportation and internet expenses during this time.

With 482 students from elementary to senior high school under the KEMBALI  Program, YKIP scheduled the distribution until the end of November, with one week break due to Galungan and Kuningan religious festival. By the end of November, we have distributed the allowance to all students. Besides the allowance, we also give prizes to our students who got the best mark in the program area. in total, there are 36 prizes to be distributed, for thirty-six students who got the best mark in the previous academic year.

We also collect a letter from the students, and we have a letter from Ronald, a student who is sponsored by you through GlobalGiving. Here is Ronald's letter for you:

" Dear donors at GlobalGiving,

How are you? Are you doing good? My name is Ronald and I live with my parents and one younger sister. Now I study in a vocational high school in Denpasar. My family's condition is fine, despite the uncertain condition.

I love to play soccer because when I was young, my father always bring me to play soccer with his friends. I watched him play and sometimes he taught me to play also. Because of the experience, I become interested in playing soccer. Once, my friends and I joined a soccer competition and we won the competition. I would like to be army personnel in the future. A long time ago, when I spend the night at my aunt's house, I saw some army personnel running, passing my aunt's house. Since then, I always aspired to be a soldier.

Since I was in grade 8, I have been studying at home due to the pandemic. I think studying at school is much better. I understand better in offline class and I could discuss the subject with my friends. however, I try my best to study online. My school now is starting the offline classes and I am happy because I could learn face to face, and study better. I hope the pandemic will end soon so I could study at school every day again.

Thank you for supporting my education. I promise you that I will study hard and your support to me is not in pain. I wish you good health and may God bless you."

Ronald
