Scholarship Distribution on January 2022

Dear Donors and Friends of YKIP,

May this report finds you well.

it has been a while since we haven't sent you a message about what happened in our KEMBALI Scholarship Program. We are happy to inform you that we have distributed the scholarship to 482 students in Bali from January- Mid February 2022.

We started the scholarship distribution on January 15 by distributing the scholarship to the students in Kuta and Sanur area, then continued to Bangli, Karangasem, and Gianyar. The distribution ended in Tejakula, North Bali on February 5, 2022. Unfortunately, on the last day of our distribution events, the government announced that the stricter restriction was applied that day due to the emerging case of the Omicron variant. Since then, the students are required to study from home again.

You might remember that in December 2021 YKIP conducted the "Youth Career Planning Workshop" for the students in grade 12 to give them information about scholarships available and preparing for their next step into the career of their choice. The students were actively participating. As an appreciation for their participation, YKIP give out some gifts to those who asked questions or share their experience during the event.

In a few days, YKIP will start the fourth quarter scholarship distribution for the academic year of 2021-2022. We will keep you posted.
