Dear Donors and Well Wishers,

Greetings from BPA!!

Our children with disabilities and non disabilities are very thankful to you for your generous support for their education and development. Since, the project is uploaded on GlobalGiving website, and the supports and funds received from kind donors like you, the project has made very good progress and able to set targets in the last 10 months. I am happy to inform you and share with you that we have now safe and drinking water facility for children with disabilities and non disabilities. This was the biggest achievement we had in the last four months. This will definitely help the children remain healthy and fit. It will prevent to spread water born diseases among the children.

We have also initiated skilling program for mothers of poor children. Hence, these mothers can earn, and support to the family. The mothers were given 2 months training on stitching and tailoring work. At the end of the training program, they were given Sewing Machines without any charge. Now, they have started Sewing work, and also agreed to stitch school uniform for next year at very reasonable rates.

Due to very hot summer, the school was continued in the morning shift, and students have appeared for the exams in the month of April. There was small farewell function organized for the students of standard 8th. The result was declared in the month of May, and all students have passed.

The school teachers did home visit and interacted with parents for next year plan. The teachers also did the survey in nearby villages to identify more students with disabilities. During the survey work, the 29 children with intellectual disabilities were identified and enrolled for next academic year.

The school vacation will end on 11th June 2018.

It has been planned to have following facility in the school.

1. Computer Lab for students.

2. Sports equipments for the students.

3. Library for the students.

We will keep you updating and look forward your generous support and guidance. We request you visit our organization whenever you are happened to be in India.

With Best Wishes
