Vulnerability is a phenomenon that deteriorates people's well-being and quality of life and delays the development of
peoples, it has been shown that the main instrument for this change is EDUCATION
One of our challenges is to achieve access to higher education as well as the permanence of so many vulnerable young people in Colombia, without distinctions of race, gender, ideology, religion or socioeconomic status.
The objective is to design and implement actions around higher education: greater opportunities for access, permanence in conditions of better quality and implementation of tools and procedures that ensure efficiency and future employment.
The young direct beneficiaries of this plan are people who
they are more exposed to exclusion, poverty and the effects of inequity and violence of all kinds.
