We reached goals through the study!
ACTIVITIES AND RELEVANT ACTIONS
- Attention to groups of families and referring families to offers that can be derived from the Program Independent Living regarding access to validation studies, offers of free time, courses or technical careers with SENA or Allies, all already reported the area social work for follow up.
- A young man won the scholarship with the "Ser Pilo Paga" program and he enrolled to study psychologist at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, we perform support and home visiting family.
- Conventions were consolidated, with the following organizations: Manpower, CESDE, Censa, Ceipa, Sena, Colombo Presence Switzerland, Inder, Gandhi Foundation, Ministry of Family, Corporation “Pueblo de los Niños”, Ciudad Don Bosco, Secretary of Youth, Nutresa, Parks Libraries, Comfama, ProyectArte Corporation.
- A girl won half scholarship with Jaime Isaza Cadavid Polytechnic to study systems.
- A young man graduated in Maintenance Technician Systems from CESDE institution , preserving for good performance half scholarship throughout the training process.
- A young graduated in Library Science from the University of Antioquia, we perform monitor the process, highlighting the good academic performance.
- Five young people are studying at SENA , another one conducts studies in Graphic Design and two other young in Technical Direction of Futbol , all so far with good academic performance and some need financial support from the Corporation.
Academic Achievement and Community Projection :
- Fourteen young Technology continued their studies at technological or university in Maintenance Systems , Visual Arts, Library , Table and Bar , Business Administration , Cooking , Football Technical Management , Systems Engineering , Psychology , Graphic Design ; with good performance.
- Nine young initiated process through the "Guardians of Life" project, supported by the company Nutresa to strengthen the project life.
- Four external groups interagency agreement , consisting of 20 participants , benefit from environmental education project through the institutional orchard.
Activities with families
- We perform fourteen family visits home, to raise awareness and bring families to the program "Independent Living" and offers services available in their neighborhoods and communities.
- Parents of children and adolescents were benefited.on the program "Independent Living", emphasizing the role of the family in the life project.
- Permanent contact with families, in order to track and strengthen their link with the life choices of their children.
Educational activities
- Strengthening and support to 28 young graduates participants of training in life skills.
- Sensitization to 98 children and adolescents on the "Independent Living" program and Life Skills as useful tools in their role as future graduates.
- Follow graduates were conducted through visits to other institutions where they receive comprehensive care.

I'm Jonathan, I am 18 years, I am bachelor, graduated in 2012, I am studying what I like, "Technician Kitchen", through the program "Preparation for Independent Living" my quota was managed in partnership with SENA and Presence Colombo Switzerland, where they have the appropriate facilities. I realize remuneration to the Corporation through my participation in the Youth Club, with my practices and maintaining a positive academic performance.
I am Yeison, graduated from the Superarse Corporation, I am 21 years, I finished my studies in Repair and Maintenance Systems through the "Independent Living" program and start my cycle training in information networks also supported by the Corporation, I work as a messenger, I have established home with two small children, I bring to the Corporation with my talent in Systems and my testimony for other young people.
