Women from ethnic minorities in iraq face economic marginalization, limited opportunities, and cultural barriers, leaving them vulnerable to poverty. Lack of skills and access to sustainable livelihoods perpetuates a cycle of financial dependence and hinders community development. BAORD aims to uplift women from ethnic minorities in iraq by providing job training in sustainable textile production. This project, supported by BAORD IRAQ, focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty through skill development and economic empowerment. This project creates a lasting impact by providing women with the tools to break free from poverty. As trained artisans, these women become catalysts for change within their communities. The sustainable livelihoods they establish contribute to local economic growth and environmental conservation. Empowering women in ethnic minorities sets the stage for improved gender equality, community resilience, and a sustainable future. Empowering economically disadvantaged women in iraq and helping them develop leadership and initiative skills and achieve self-sufficiency is one of our goals, and we appreciate your support. It's a win/win when women can learn skills, earn income, feel productive, help others, and through all of this their communities become a better place for everyone.
