Families at risk of social exclusion are facing the new school year with a high level of vulnerability, job insecurity and difficulties in acquiring school supplies, textbooks and uniforms.
Aldeas Aldeas works throughout the year with a preventive and family strengthening objective in four areas of intervention: educational, social, health and first needs. We do this by promoting the development and autonomy of children, adolescents and their families through skills training and strengthening their family and social networks.
The children and adolescents attend the Day Centers in the afternoons, after school. They find school reinforcement, access to digital devices, snacks, games, individual tutoring, cultural and leisure outings, as well as educational workshops, among other activities.
