As we continue to pursue our primary objective of supporting Filipino children in street situations, our Street Education and Protection (STEP) Program is making meaningful strides. This initiative focuses on addressing health, social assistance, and educational needs, helping one child at a time. We have successfully implemented various programs aimed at improving the lives of these vulnerable children, and we are committed to expanding our efforts to reach even more individuals in need.
This October, in collaboration with Dr. Herbert and Ms. Mylene, we finalized the blueprint for the new Education and Training Center. This plan outlines specific requirements, including the number of rooms needed for our programs and an overview of the center's layout. We are excited about the potential of this facility to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can engage in focused sessions and receive the support they need.
Additionally, we have explored options for a prefabricated building to accommodate our center's needs. This involved coordinating ocular visits with several companies capable of bringing this project to a success. As we move forward, we will continue refining our plans and engaging our fundraising options to secure the necessary resources. With these developments, we remain optimistic about the future impact of our STEP Program and the Education and Training Center.
