Education and Training Center for Street Children

Childhope Philippines Foundation, Inc. continues to operate its core programs for street children and youth in Manila despite limited funding to begin construction of its proposed learning and development center. The envisioned facility is part of a larger initiative aimed at providing a safe space for street-connected youth to access educational, psychosocial, and livelihood services. While the permanent structure is still in the pipeline, our dedicated team remains active in the streets—reaching out to around 600 children and youth through mobile education, case management, and skills training.

Through regular street-based sessions, Childhope is able to identify out-of-school youth and assist them in reintegrating into the formal education system. We continue to offer life skills development, psychosocial support, and guidance to help them envision a better future. Our team’s consistent presence ensures that services remain accessible and responsive to the evolving needs of our beneficiaries, while we continue to seek partners and resources to realize the vision of a fully equipped, permanent learning center for Manila’s street children and youth.
