Community Restoration Program

AHD with the collaboration of IOM distributed 930 tool kits in the labors of Matli -1. The purpose of distributing the kits in poor communities of these areas was to improve performance and early recovery of flood affected people to restore their damaged house on self-help basis t by using the tool kits. The methodology to implement this program the staff of AHD conducted field assessment to reach and identify the vulnerable   needy people. During assessment deserving families of 19 villages of Matli-1 was listed and was given tokens to collect tool kits on distribution day.

Distribution of tool kits was arranged on 12th of october 2012, at the warehouse at Matli in the presence of senior management of AHD and officials from IOM. ADH staff after checking and confirming the token handed the tool kit to the beneficiaries.
