By Cora Sayre | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative assisting poor farmers affected by the severe weather phenomenon called El Nino. This phenomenon happens regularly due to the warming of the oceans and the result is either severe heat or rains and storms. This time it is severe heat. We are trying to support a village by providing them with water from impounded mountain source and brought via gravity system to the village. We have procured pipes and fittings and we still need impounding materials like cement, rebars and sand and gravel. Your help is badly needed. We will post additional updates as we continue this project. If we are successful in this then we will be able to expand this to other areas. Thank you in advance.
Very sincerely yours,
Cora Sayre
