Dear Friends,
We are so proud of our community and how people are taking leadership roles to fight against domestic and gender violence.
In 2021, 97 people (79 women) were educated on women's rights, gender roles, domestic violence and reproductive rights.
38 people (30 women) were educated on positive parenting, and 16 men were engaged in our coffee talks, which included topics of GBV and positive parenting education.
320 individuals (136 women) joined in-person, actively, the advocacy campaign to End Violence against Women and Girls through cycling, tuk-tuk parade, friendly football match, workshops, and radio talks, and 15,165 were reached whilst 1,950 people were engaged in the campaign events through Facebook.
Our community of brave individuals saying NO to violence and yes to equality is growing, and we can't wait to see what we can achieve, with you, in 2022.
Much love,
WRC
