Hola friends,
We are excited to share that we will be back in El Salvador for the tenth year in a row this July to plant thousands of trees for families and farmers!
Our work in El Salvador continues to grow - quite literally - with many of the tens of thousands of trees we have planted since 2013 now mature and producing bountiful harvests for local people.
Many of those trees are at schools, where students now have fresh guavas and ice cream beans to snack on at lunch.
Others are with farmers, where large harvests of avocados and cacao are creating significant income for their households.
During our trip in July, we will be adding even more trees to new schools and households, as well as checking in with previous project participants to learn more about their experiences, successes, and challenges. So stay tuned!
In the meantime, please consider donating today to help us get as many trees in the ground as possible and fruit on tables in El Salvador!
To a fruitful future,
The FTPF Team
