We need your help to keep a promise. We are halfway through our project to plant 100,000 fruit trees over 10 years in El Salvador, and this year's trip was both a testament to how much we have accomplished and how far we have to go to ensure that the people of El Salvador have access to healthy food, a living income, and a clean, safe environment.
During a meeting with our in-country partners, SHARE El Salvador and CONFRAS, our friend and CONFRAS president Don Lara Ivel asked us point blank:
With all the unrest, food insecurity, and environmental damage that has befallen our small country, do we have your word to fufill your mission to plant 100,000 fruit trees within our borders?
Our answer was YES.
But we need your help! Over five years, we have grown, planted, and distributed thousands of trees thorughout El Salvador, and now we must continue our efforts to reach our 100,000 tree goal. Will you donate $25 today to help us keep our promise to Don Ivel and the Salavdoran people?
Muchisma gracias from the entire FTPF team!
