Thanks from Colombia!
With your donations to the Covid emergency campaign in Colombia, you have allowed us to give an extra hand to the 25 Colombian children who are now, even more than before, in a dramatic situation.
Indeed, deaths are over 7,000 and the over 210,000 registered cases do not seem to decrease. In Bogotà, where our family house is located, a lockdown has been imposed again in the more exposed areas. Morevore,the hotel that supports the Hogar is still not operating. Our children are thus living a difficult moment and they need help in order to keep living their lives healthily and safely.
Thanks to the many people who have decided to stand by us in this great challenge. The amount that we have collected, even though it is lower than our initial objective, allowed us to support part of the expenses of the “Hogar Lugar De Paz” family home where 25 orphaned or abandoned children, often victims of violence and abuse, are housed.
Our effort continues thanks to your support and we wish that we will be able to definitely overcome, all together, this difficult emergency situation.
