IBO Italia keeps supporting the ukrainian population hit by the conflict with our project "HELP UKRAINE - Humanitarian relief in Chernivtsi"
Thanks to the support of the Emilia Romagna region, in partnership with the association Italia-Ucraina (Bologna), the fundation AVSI from Cesena and Dobri Liudi Bukovunu of Kitsman (city close to the Siret romanian boarder), we sent a second truck loaded with humanitarian aid to Chernivtsi.
Supporting by municipalities and associetions nearby Ferrara we were able to send 15 tons of humanitarian aid, such as food supplies, medicaments, hygiene products and children products, clothing and blankets.
The truck left on the 11th of april and it arrived on the 14th of april in Chernivtsi. All the humanitarian aid was received from Dobri Liudi Bukovunu association, wich is our partner, and all the things that we send were dispatched to the first reception centers that are welcoming refugees on the Chernivtsi territory.
The Chernivtsi region now host 100 thousend of refugees and expect to increase a lot in the next weeks. The Chernivtsi region has in fact made itself avaible to host another 30 thousand people.
