All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) continues to deliver critical humanitarian assistance to families across Gaza, providing fresh fruits and vegetables, hygiene kits, medical supplies for clinics and hospitals, therapeutic foods to address child malnutrition, and emergency shelter materials such as tarps and tents. These shipments help displaced families maintain health, access nutrition, and restore dignity amid ongoing crisis.

Aid Reaches Isolated Communities in North Gaza

On February 4, 2026, AH&H delivered humanitarian aid to some of the most isolated displacement camps in Jabalia and Beit Lahia, reaching thousands of families with hygiene kits, solar lamps, blankets, and fresh produce distributions across both North and South Gaza.

For many communities in North Gaza, humanitarian access has been extremely limited for months. Families in Jabalia and Beit Lahia reported that this was the first assistance they had received since the escalation began.

Key Distributions

Jabalia (North Gaza):

• 829 families received essential supplies, including:
  
  
• Hygiene kits to prevent illness
  
  
• Solar lamps for lighting and phone charging during prolonged outages
  
  
• Blankets for warmth during cold nights
  
  

Families emphasized that basic necessities such as soap, light, and warmth have become nearly impossible to obtain.

Fresh Produce Kits:

• AH&H distributed 3,500 additional vegetable and fruit kits across North and South Gaza, providing nutrient-rich food sources that remain scarce.
  
  

Beit Lahia: A Severely Underserved Area

Beit Lahia, one of Gaza’s northernmost regions, has seen almost no consistent aid access. Through this distribution, families received humanitarian support after extended periods of isolation and neglect.
