Providing Lifesaving Assistance in Gaza

By Christine Baer | Grants Manager

Executive Summary

All Hands & Hearts (AH&H) is delivering a comprehensive humanitarian response across Gaza through a dual approach of Immediate Relief & Response and Humanitarian Plus/Early Recovery Programming. AH&H has established an operational presence in Gaza, Tel Aviv, and Washington, D.C., with local implementation teams, logistics capabilities, and partnerships that enable aid delivery throughout both northern and southern Gaza.

Since launching operations, AH&H has reached hundreds of thousands of people through food assistance, shelter support, hygiene and medical interventions, education programs, and community recovery initiatives. The organization is transitioning from emergency response toward longer-term resilience and recovery programming while maintaining critical humanitarian assistance.

Program Objectives

  • Food and nutrition support
  • Emergency shelter and household items
  • Medical and health interventions
  • Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) support

Early Recovery and Community Resilience

Support communities in restoring normalcy and rebuilding livelihoods through:

  • Agriculture and food production initiatives
  • Education and child protection programs
  • Community infrastructure support
  • Local capacity building and psychosocial services
