[Türkiye & Syria Emergency Response]
Turkish earthquake victims have been living in shelters for more than seven months. long-term support is needed as shelter life is prolonged. Thesedays, A-PAD KOREA is focusing on children support. Temporary tents in shelter site are being used as school facilities. School codition is very poor. We support school supplies, bags, and books that are essential for school life. It's very rewarding to see the children smiling brightly despite the small support.
Due to the prolonged life in the shelter, there is a shortage of essential items to live. For example, soap, toothpaste, towels, underwear, etc. A-PAD KOREA is continuously supporting household goods, but it is not enough. As the earthquake damage in Turkey occurred and many months passed, people's interest decreased. We need your attention and support.
Winter is coming soon. Winter goods are needed to spend winter in a tent. We plan to purchase and distribute items that are effective for cold weather, such as sleeping bags, gloves, and blankets. It's not an easy situation, but we're trying to work together and overcome the crisis wisely. Please support us.
Thank you.
