The grassroots workers at Seva Mandir are the heart and soul of our work. Every day, they walk long distances, reach remote villages, and stand alongside tribal and rural families to bring hope, dignity, and change. Their commitment is extraordinary but their own lives are often filled with quiet struggles.
With limited incomes, many of our grassroot workers find it difficult to meet basic needs. Supporting their children’s education, managing medical emergencies, or coping with long-term illness can feel overwhelming. These challenges weigh heavily on families who give so much of themselves to serve others.
A few months ago, we lost one of our colleagues in a tragic accident while he was returning from field. His sudden passing deeply shook all of us at Seva Mandir and left his family facing an uncertain future. In that moment of grief, our staff came together and contributed one day’s salary each to support his family.
This is why this fund matters so deeply. It provides a safety net in moments of crisis - offering financial support, dignity, and reassurance to the families of those who dedicate their lives to community service.
Your support makes this possible. By contributing to this fund, you are standing with our grassroots heroes when they need it most - helping them face hardship with strength and continue their vital work with hope.
