Lanh grew up in a mountainous district in Thue Thien Hue province, where early marriage and dropping out of school were common for girls. But she dreamed of more.
Lanh cherished the dream of becoming a chef.
She discovered REACH through Facebook and, with determination, convinced her family to support her. She traveled away from her small village with hope for a brighter future.
Within 3 months, Thi So embarked on a transformative professional and personal growth, guided by supportive facilitators.
Now working at a restaurant in the vibrant city Hoi An, Lanh is not only supporting herself but also confidently building a future on her own terms.

The Way Forward
REACH has relentlessly worked on the grassroots level to meet the ongoing needs of disadvantaged communities. We continue to innovate our training programs, introducing new methods, and exploring emerging industries to ensure that every youth we support is equipped for the future.
