Ly Tho Go is 22 years old, from the Ha Nhi ethnic community in Y Ty, Lao Cai. She grew up in a family of four siblings, where her parents work in the fields to make ends meet. After finishing high school, Go had to stop studying, not because she lacked ability or dreams, but simply because her family could not afford it.

With your support, her story took a different turn.

Living in an area where tourism is growing, Go decided to pursue training in F&B at REACH Hanoi Center (Cohort 63). During her time in the program, she worked hard every day, not only learning skills like bartending, beverage preparation, and restaurant service, but also gaining confidence, life skills, and knowledge to take care of herself.

Today, Go is working as a Head Bar and Receptionist at TRIRIVER WONGS VIETNAM CO., LTD. Recently, she was chosen by her company to join advanced training at their head office in Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, China, which is something she once never thought possible.

“Before, I thought my future would only be in the fields like my parents. Now, I can stand confidently, work in a professional environment, and support my family. Thank you for believing in someone like me.” - Go said.

It is a simple story, but a powerful one. Because of you, Go did not just find a job: she found confidence, direction, and the ability to dream bigger.
