For 18 years, REACH has believed in something simple: every young person deserves a chance to build a better future.

Since 2008, we have walked alongside young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them learn new skills, discover their strengths, find employment, and believe in possibilities they may once have thought were out of reach.

As REACH enters its 18th year, we are proud to look back on a journey shaped by the courage of thousands of young people and made possible by the kindness and support of people like you.

Together, we have:

• Provided vocational training to more than 22,000 disadvantaged young people across Vietnam.
• Supported around 80% of our graduates in finding employment, giving them opportunities to earn stable incomes and build more secure futures.
• Expanded our work beyond vocational training to include life skills, job readiness, entrepreneurship and wellbeing, helping young people prepare not only for work, but for life.
• Built lasting partnerships with businesses, schools, NGOs and communities to create more pathways to skills, employment and opportunity.

Behind every number is a person:

• A young person stepping into their first workplace with confidence.
• A graduate earning their first stable income and being able to support their family.
• A student discovering a skill they never knew they had.
• A young person who once felt that their circumstances had already decided their future and finding the courage to change it.

These are the stories that give meaning to REACH's work.

And behind every one of these stories, there is also someone who chose to help make it possible. Perhaps you supported a young person through their training. Perhaps you contributed to a program, helped us reach more young people, or simply shared REACH's story with someone else. Whatever form your support has taken, you have been part of this journey.

Your contribution is more than financial support. It can mean a young person having the chance to learn a skill, find a job, support their family, and imagine a future beyond the circumstances they were born into.

As we begin our 18th year, there are still many young people waiting for that opportunity. With your continued support, we can help more of them take their first step towards a brighter and more independent future.
