Beneficiaries working together

Dear donors,

We are happy to share with you the progress, successes and news of this project. The goal of the project is to support children who have arrived in Armenia from Syria by providing them with psychosocial support. They participate with great enthusiasm in non-formal education methodology courses and receive the necessary abilities and skills. The peculiarity of the project is that beneficiaries have the opportunity to get acquainted with and work with Armenian children during the trainings. We attach importance to intercultural dialogue between Syrian-Armenian and Armenian children. Among the various methods for forming intercultural dialogue, we have chosen the method of joint work in the form of drawing.

The meetings consist of individual and team work. During individual work, they are given assignments that they must complete. They come from the social-emotional skills section. Social-emotional skills are very important in the development of an individual and we attach great importance to this topic. Our trainers are fully familiar with this methodology and apply it during trainings.

The next part of the meeting is dedicated to teamwork. It is very important for the beneficiaries to develop their teamwork skills. We give them creative topics, from which they choose the one they like the most, act together and complete the work.

Dear donors,

With your support, children in Armenia and Syria have the opportunity to gain skills and abilities that they will need in everyday life. We are ready to move forward and share with you the progress of the project. At the end of the meeting, we give questionnaires to the participants, with the help of which we are able to assess the effectiveness of the project. Once again, we thank you for supporting us and helping our team work with even greater zeal and enthusiasm.
