Sisterhood Agenda’s Global Girls Education Project continues with more global partners added weekly. Our most recent partners are providing much-needed empowerment services to girls in eastern and southern Africa. There is a large interest in mentoring services in the U.S. Exciting news: Sisterhood Agenda is in the process of expanding its social media in a new campaign to engage girls in mentoring, positive media, and holistic health during their journey toward womanhood.
We will announce our new and expanded social media initiatives duing the summer 2015. In addition to using social media, Sisterhood Agenda will increase resource-sharing with over 3,500 of its global partners by using program curricula, training, presentations, and workshops to reach social service providers and girls directly. Sisterhood Agenda representatives are willing and able to travel to reach girls and those who work with them.
Online training is another option, which is more affordable for most Sisterhood Agenda global partners. When Sisterhood Agenda’s Sisterhood Empowerment Academy (SEA) headquarters is completed, training webinars and livestream events will resume and is just another strategy of resource-sharing to reach more global girls and make greater impacts.
