- We walk journey with them
*2. Why Empowerment Matters*
- Education = power to choose future
- Breaks poverty
- Girls: delays marriage, gives confidence
- Boys: keeps away from child labor
*3. What We Did (May-Aug 2026)*
- Access: 85 children - fees, books, uniform
- Materials: 120 books, 200 pencils, 85 uniforms
- 3 learning spaces maintained
- Retention: 95 children - daily lunch
- Attendance: 65% to 92%
- No dropout due to hunger
- Girls: 42 girls - pads, soap, counselling
- 0 dropout due to menstruation

- Lives with grandmother
- Dream: Nurse
- Before: 3 months out of school, no fees
- Now: Back, position 8/45
- Quote: "Dream is possible"
*5. Challenges*
- Iron sheet classrooms - lessons stop when rains
- Only 15 desks for 85 children
- Food costs up
- 50+ children on waiting list
*6. Next Term (Sep-Dec 2026)*
- Enroll 120 children
- 100 empowerment kits
- Start 1 permanent classroom
- Mentorship for dreaming bigger
