ANNUAL ACTIVITY AND PROGRESS REPORT - 2025/2026

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Gaba Hope for Kids is a community based organization and school founded to support needy, orphaned and vulnerable children in Gaba and surrounding communities. Our vision is to see every child access quality education regardless of background.

Motto: EDUCATE A CHILD, EDUCATE A NATION

2.0 OBJECTIVES
- To provide free and affordable education to needy children
- To promote community literacy
- To provide scholastic materials, uniforms and feeding
- To ensure more communities educated

3.0 ACHIEVEMENTS IN THIS PERIOD
a) Enrollment increased from 120 to 185 pupils
b) Provided uniforms in cream and grey to all children
c) Conducted games and sports - children actively playing
d) Improved classroom environment with learning aids
e) Registered more children on EMIS

4.0 CHALLENGES
- Inadequate classrooms
- Lack of enough toilets for children
- Limited funds for feeding program
- Need for more desks and textbooks

5.0 FINANCIAL SUMMARY
All funds received from well-wishers were used for:
- Fees support
- Scholastic materials
- Food and welfare
- Operations

6.0 WAY FORWARD / APPEAL
We humbly appeal for support towards:
- Construction of 2 more classrooms
- Construction of toilets for children
- Feeding program
- Sponsorship for 50 most vulnerable children

7.0 CONCLUSION
We thank all our donors, parents and community members who have supported us. Together we shall educate more communities.
