Report on the 2019-2020 academic year of Scolarship Recipients (English Translation)
Introduction
This academic year 2019 - 2020 was a year when everyone and everything was chaotically turned upside down, either by the political crisis, and then by the pandemic commonly known as "Covid-19". From the opening of classes on September 09, 2020, anti-partisans of the local power brokers began to demonstrate against the high cost of living and for the resignation of the President of the Republic of Haiti in order to prevent the country from functioning. After the third week of class , all activities were paralyzed, because of "Pays-lock" ( a Country Lockdown). Despite this two adults did three (3) weeks of class during the month of September 2020. We waited timidly until the end of November 2020 for the reopening of classes. At the beginning of December 2020, all activities resumed normally until the [COVID] lockdown date of March 19, 2020 when all activities were closed until further notice.
As of April 2020, some schools took the initiative to provide online lessons mainly through the WhatsApp application. Two adults attended those. A helper had to leave his job to read the notes for them on a tape recorder so that they could study and do their homework. However, they weren't really able to adapt at first for lack of practice and experience on braille machines to type easily. It was then difficult to understand and master their lessons.
After the period of confinement, they underwent the 2nd exam of the year from July 27 - 31, 2020. Then the resumption of classes took place from August 10 to September 18, 2020. To complete the academic year 2019 – 2020, the final exam took place from September 21 to 25, 2020. We waited for the school report to be given to them so that we could start the new academic year 2020 – 2021 which was to start October 19, 2020. Unfortunately, they were not promoted to the next class for lack of rigor and commitment. So they must redo the class. As for a third adult, he underwent two (2) exams, one before the containment of Covid-19 and the other at the end of September 2020 which was the final exam to complete the academic year 2019 – 2020. We had to wait until October 8, 2020 to receive the school report. Fortunately, he obtained favorable results as he made a commitment to work with rigor. Hence, he was promoted to NSII.
Comments or Suggestions

She has an obligation to redo the class. She has shortcomings, lack of rigor and difficulty in applying and assimilating the courses. We have to put a traveling teacher to work and revise the lessons with her.
