BUM-KOPI (Badan Usaha Milik KOPI) refers to a business entity owned and managed by the KOPI community. It functions as the economic arm of KOPI, responsible for managing income-generating activities, while KOPI itself remains a community organization focusing on social organization, advocacy, and capacity building. To ensure transparency and accountability, KOPI management and BUM-KOPI management must be held by different individuals.
Meeting Overview
The KOPI Pondok regular meeting was held on 23 September at the home of a member in Pondok Village.
The meeting discussed several key agenda items, beginning with the socialization of outcomes from the workshop held in Yogyakarta on previous month. This principle requires the establishment of separate organizational structures for each entity.
