As we step into January 2026, we are proud to share a general update on our journey of empowering marginalized women—a mission we have dedicated ourselves to since 2021. This program was born from a simple yet powerful goal: to create economic opportunities through community organizing, intensive training, and capital support to improve the livelihoods of resilient women.
Our Journey So Far: From 2021 to Today
Over the past four years, our initiative has taken deep root in 10 villages across 2 districts in Indonesia. Initially, our focus was specific: supporting vulnerable women from migrant families and former migrant workers. These women often face significant economic barriers, and by providing them with the tools to succeed, we have seen entire families transformed.
However, the widespread need across Indonesia has inspired us to look further. We are now evolving.
The Vision for 2026: Inclusivity and Expansion
This year marks a strategic shift in our program. To reach a broader impact, we are transitioning to a more inclusive model:
Broadening Our Reach: While we continue to support migrant families, we are opening our doors to non-migrant marginalized women, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Empowering Thousands: Our dream is to reach thousands of women, motivating them to launch independent micro-businesses or join larger collective enterprises.
A New Pillar of Strength: In 2025, we officially established our Cooperative. This institution will serve as the backbone for these women-led initiatives, providing the financial structure needed to scale their businesses professionally.
