Skills, Income, and Dignity for Women

Dignity begins when women have the skills and income to choose their own path.

In rural Indonesia, many disadvantaged women are eager to work and support their families, but lack access to training, capital, and safe livelihood opportunities. This project changes that by equipping women with practical skills, mentoring, and pathways to sustainable income.

Through this initiative, women are empowered to:

Gain market-relevant skills and hands-on training
Build reliable, dignified sources of income
Reduce vulnerability to unsafe or exploitative work
Strengthen their families’ well-being and resilience

This is not short-term assistance—it is an investment in women’s dignity and long-term independence.
