Leadership skills are essential for helping girls become agents of change within their communities. Unfortunately, many girls never receive opportunities to develop their confidence and leadership potential.
Through this project, girls participate in leadership clubs where they learn teamwork, communication, public speaking, decision-making, and advocacy skills. These experiences encourage them to see themselves as future leaders capable of driving positive change.
Leadership development also helps girls resist harmful social pressures and build stronger self-esteem. When girls believe in themselves, they are more likely to stay in school, pursue higher education, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Empowered girls become empowered women who strengthen families and communities.
