Diapers for those in Medical Crisis

By Stephanie Bowers | Project Leader

I never cease to be amazed at how we are growing here in our Fox Valley backyard! We recently had the pleasure of providing diapers to a local family experiencing a medical crisis. Medical bills, travel expenses, and typical routine expenses have added up and created a financial burden for this family. Through your generosity and the disposable diapers collected from our NBC26 Diaper Drive, we are able to assist this family with diapers. While we focus on cloth diapers, sometimes they are not the best fit given all the circumstances. The diapers we provided are meeting the diapering needs of this child, and freeing up precious resources for the family to focus on getting healthy.

I thank you for your continued prayers and support. I am continually in awe of the deep impact we are having with diapers. We have an amazing opportunity coming up on April 4-7th, the Little by Little Matching Campaign. This campaign focuses on the power of change, little by little.  All donations will be matched up to $50, and the organization with the most donors wins amazing bonus prizes! Together, we can help even more Moms and babies, just by adding up little amounts of change. Please prayerfully consider supporting this campaign, and join our Litttle by Little Event for reminders! Feel free to reach out to me at stephanie@jakesdiapers.org, I'd love to hear from you!

With gratitude,
