Dear Supporters,
We are thrilled to share an exciting new direction for our work in Nepal! After four years of incredible achievements in protecting Nepal’s endangered species like the Bengal tiger, Bengal florican, and Indian rhinoceros, we are shifting our focus to a cause we believe will have a profound, lasting impact: environmental education for Nepal’s youth.
At Women for Conservation, we know that the future of conservation rests in the hands of the next generation. That’s why we’re excited to announce the expansion of our "Environmental Education in Nepal" campaign, which will bring essential conservation knowledge directly to the classrooms of underprivileged students across the country.
Why This Shift? We’ve seen firsthand the power of education to inspire action and protect wildlife. By focusing on environmental education, we aim to cultivate a generation of passionate young conservationists who will safeguard Nepal’s precious ecosystems for years to come. Through interactive lessons, wildlife safaris, and hands-on conservation activities, children will learn about the importance of biodiversity and the role they can play in protecting it.
Our Vision for the Future: This expanded campaign will ensure that every child in Nepal, regardless of their background, has access to high-quality environmental education. By integrating conservation into the curriculum, we are equipping young minds with the knowledge, skills, and love for nature that will help them become stewards of their environment. This initiative is more than just education—it's a long-term investment in Nepal’s biodiversity.
How You Can Help: Your ongoing support has made all of this possible, and we are deeply grateful. As we embark on this exciting new phase, we invite you to continue supporting our efforts to empower Nepal’s youth. Together, we can nurture a new generation of eco-leaders who will carry forward the mission to protect Nepal’s wildlife and natural landscapes.
Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. With your help, we will inspire young minds and make a lasting difference in the fight to conserve Nepal’s rich biodiversity.
With warmest gratitude,
Seejan Gyawali &
