The Saidika Organization Strategic Plan (2026–2030) provides a clear roadmap for empowering youth, women, children, and marginalized communities in Kenya. The document outlines our vision and mission, identifies key strategic goals, and details objectives aimed at fostering youth leadership, community development, and organizational growth. It highlights planned programs such as mentorship, skills training, entrepreneurship support, mental health initiatives, and advocacy campaigns. The plan also includes a robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework to track progress and ensure accountability. Sustainability strategies, including diversified funding, partnerships, and capacity building, are emphasized, along with the expected impact of improved livelihoods, stronger communities, and empowered individuals over the next five years.
