The trainings dwelt on Human Rights and the right not to be discriminated against, entrepreneurship skills to enable them to start income generating activities to fight poverty , They were also taught Life supporting skills of positive living and thinking.
At the end of the training the pre-post evaluation revealed that the women had acquired knowledge to fight stigma and look at Hiv/aids not as a death sentence but as disease that an individual can live with and have a productive and fulfilled life.
The benefeciaries were encouraged to form support groups and networks to fight discrimation and for personal life support.
