Empowering Indigenous Youth for a Brighter Future

We can't believe we're almost halfway through 2026! But, as we celebrated our 18^th anniversary this weekend, it feels like a good moment to pause and share Amantani's 2025 Annual Report, showcasing all we worked for through 2025. 

The report is packed with information about our achievements and the challenges of last year, which include:

• Amantani supported over 600 people during the year, including 329 women.
• The employability rate of project graduates stayed high (83%) and almost all working graduates earn at least national minimum wage.
• 370 secondary school students developed skills, knowledge and plans for life after school.
• 150 young people were supported to apply for the government scholarships, including taking the selection exam.
• 89 students continued their studies in Cusco and Iquitos.
• 15 more young people received their professional qualifications, therefore completing the scholarships programme.
• Two previous Scholarships Programme participants started working for Amantani.
