Empowering Pedals: Four Girls Back on the Path to Education!

Thanks to the generous support of our global donor community, we have officially raised $554 toward our $10,000 goal for the "Empowering Pedals; One Girl, One Cycle" initiative.
With these initial funds, we have successfully purchased and distributed bicycles to four young female students who previously faced immense challenges just getting to school every day.
Why This Project Matters
In our target rural areas, many girls live miles away from the nearest school. With fuel and public transport costs continuing to rise, many parents simply cannot afford daily transportation expenses. Tragically, when transportation becomes unaffordable, young girls are often forced to drop out of school altogether, putting them at high risk for early marriage.
A bicycle is more than just transport it is a lifeline that keeps a young girl in school, protects her future, and preserves her independence.
The Road Ahead: Next Steps & Our Vision
While we celebrate this initial success, many more girls are waiting for their turn.
Our vision doesn't stop with bicycles:
Current Phase: Scale bicycle distribution so every girl waiting in our program receives reliable transportation.
Next Phase: Expand to provide scooties (motorized scooters) and assist older students in obtaining permanent driving licenses giving them long-term mobility and independence.
