The RSKS organization has been successfully working for 26 years in the direction of women empowerment. In which many projects are being run by RSKS organization. Self help development work is also one of them. In which more than ten poor and deprived community women united in a form of organization through the self help group and then loan is providing on less interest for business activities. Through this program many women became self-employment yet and today they are standing on their feet.
Capability building of self help group women and development in their life skills has been done by the RSKS andIn the joint venture of Reputed organization GlobalGiving . RSKS has given capability building and life skills two days training to 275 women of 23 self help group. Inspirational story, video and other activity were carried out for women enlargement, as well as explained the whole working pattern of the group. During training account transaction, laser, cash-book andtaking meeting properly also taught. By which these women can be run on their level.
Through capability building and life skills training there are positive change seen in the women.In training 55 years old an elder woman also got training .That woman told that she did not had information about working pattern of group and did not even have to fill bank slip. But through training now they got the information of Savings of group, laser, filling the cashbook and also to deposit money in the bank women go to bank themselves. Through this training women got benefitted by which women became financially aware. At the end all women thanked the RSKS organization and donors .
