Empower Rural women with Education!

RSKS India family Wishes you A Happy & Joyful Diwali !

In today’s world, education is very important as well as talent. RSKS is working on growth of women by providing them with so many educational programs. One of them is UDAAN school in which these women are taught to prepare beautiful handmade decorative items, they get education of class 7th and 8th; this school is situated in remote village. Today, RSKS is providing education to 30 uneducated women who are of different age starting from 18 to 60. These women’s are school dropout as they were not able to study at that time but now they can study easily with the help of UDAAN.

All the women have performed very well in studies as well as many craft works assigned to them. All this, motivated the women in many ways as now they are able to earn from the education given to them. RSKS is providing craft classes time to time so that many more can come to learn and enhance themselves. Sport activity is done in this school so that it will make the women healthy as well as it increases the motivation in them. Some of the activities are like lemon spoon race, dancing chairs, kho-kho etc.

Through all this education, women are coming up in the society as they learn from the education given to them and spread this information to all the women who are at home and doing nothing. These women are starting their own craft business and are now more aware to every problem of the society and they are coming up to participate in solving of those problems. All the guardians of the women thanked RSKS for this program of education at the village area. For the first time I saw this much interest in education in village women. They learned and did things very much accurately and I will thank RSKS for this as they thought of this problem and provided a solution to it. This will make our society better and more self dependent and will make our future better as it is helping in women empowerment.
