In this chain, RSKS INDIA started a program in which vermi-composting and mosquito fern training was given to the village women. With the support of GG, KADEL village was marked and then the training was given to the area women. In this training, 15 women school dropouts were selected and then they were taught about the vermin-composting, mosquito ferns, organic kitchen garden and nursery rising. All the women participated with excitement. RSKS INDIA taught this training verbally and experimentally to the women so that they can understand it better.
After this training, the women can now make kitchen garden, vermi compost, mosquito ferns as per their need in their land area. These women started this at the home stage but they are earning from this. All the women are very happy as they got employment in their house only. These women are selling this in their own village and the buyers are so many and this is the reason of their happiness. These women are living a better lifestyle now as they never kept their foot outside their house before but now they are going out and this is a very optimistic development. All the women thanked RSKS and GG as because of them only, they are self dependent.
