The Advanced Garment Making Vocational Educational School run by the Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been providing training to young women and girls in the field of garment making. Upon successful completion of the course, the students are awarded certificates of completion. Without these certificates the trainees would be frustrated and disappointed, and they will not be able to showcase their skills and knowledge to potential employers. Certificates are stars on your shoulders as it builds confidence among the person who is going to be your potential customer.

In this context, After the completion of the Advanced Garment Making Vocational Educational School, RSKS India team members immediately took steps to speed up the process of providing completion certificates to the young women and girls who have successfully completed the Advanced Garment Making Vocational Educational School. The organization assigned a dedicated team to handle the distribution of certificates and ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner. The team was trained in the process of certificate distribution and they provided with the necessary resources to carry out their duties efficiently. RSKS India team members also created a group which involved database of all the students who have completed the course so that they could be contacted later too.

Providing completion certificates to the young women and girls who have successfully completed the Advanced Garment Making Vocational Educational School had a significant impact on their lives. They would be able to showcase their skills and knowledge to potential employers, and increase their chances of securing employment in the garment making industry. This training not only empowers them economically, but also boosts their confidence and self-esteem. All the young women and girl trainees thanked RSKS India team and the donors from bottom of their heart for organizing such a wonderful program.
