Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organized a series of enriching activities as part of the "Beauty Parlour Vocational Education School" program, aimed at equipping the 15 trainees with both technical and essential life skills to ensure their success beyond the training period. The program spanned three months and included not only beauty and wellness training but also supplementary sessions to prepare the women for real-world challenges. Among the key activities were life skills sessions, designed to help trainees develop important personal competencies like decision-making, problem-solving, and time management.

These sessions focused on enhancing the trainees' ability to manage their daily responsibilities, build self-confidence, and communicate effectively. In addition to these core skills, the program also incorporated an Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) & Marketing Session to prepare the trainees for potential business ventures. During this session, trainees learned about starting their own businesses, from creating business plans to understanding financial management and customer service. This aimed to give the trainees a foundation to explore self-employment opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry.

A Job Fair was also organized to connect the trainees with potential employers from the local beauty industry. The event allowed trainees to showcase their skills and gain exposure to various job opportunities, offering them a chance to secure employment after the completion of the training program. To balance the rigorous training schedule, sports activities were included to promote physical health and team spirit among the participants. These recreational sessions helped the women build camaraderie and provided a mental break, ensuring they stayed motivated and focused throughout the program.

The "Beauty Parlour Vocational Education School" program made a significant impact on the lives of the 15 trainees, offering them not just technical skills but a holistic foundation for success in the beauty industry. The life skills sessions had a transformative effect on the trainees, boosting their self-esteem and preparing them to handle real-life challenges with confidence. These skills are essential as they navigate their personal and professional journeys. Overall, the program’s combination of technical training, personal development, and employment support laid a strong foundation for the trainees, enabling them to overcome challenges and build brighter, more independent futures.
