Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan initiated the "Seeds & Fertilizers Distribution to MarginalFarmers" program to support and uplift the livelihood of marginalized women farmers in rural areas. The program focused on providing necessary agricultural inputs to help farmers improve their crop yields and financial stability. The first step in this process was the selection of 50 marginal farmers through a door-to-door baseline survey. These farmers were identified as having limited access to quality seeds and fertilizers, which hindered their agricultural productivity.

Once the farmers were identified, RSKS India provided them with the specific seeds they needed for their crops, which included a variety of high-quality, region-appropriate seeds. Along with seeds, the farmers were also provided with organic fertilizers, which were essential to enhancing soil fertility and promoting better crop growth. The team ensured that the fertilizers were eco-friendly, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices. After the distribution, RSKS India followed up with the farmers to gather feedback and assess the program’s impact on their agricultural outcomes. The feedback sessions were essential in understanding the program's effectiveness and the challenges farmers faced.

The impact of the "Seeds & Fertilizers Distribution to Marginal Farmers" program was evident in the improved agricultural productivity of the selected farmers. As a result of receiving quality seeds and organic fertilizers, the farmers reported a significant increase in crop yields. The proper combination of high-quality seeds and fertilizers allowed them to grow healthier crops, which led to better harvests and more consistent income. Farmers also shared that they were able to reduce the costs of purchasing expensive chemical fertilizers, as the organic fertilizers provided by RSKS India proved to be just as effective. The improved soil health contributed to higher crop resilience, allowing farmers to withstand adverse weather conditions better than before.

The positive outcomes from this program have had a ripple effect within the local community. Farmers who participated in the program were able to sell their surplus produce at local markets, leading to increased earnings. As a result, many families were able to improve their standard of living, with some using the additional income to invest in other areas of their lives, such as education for their children and better healthcare. The feedback collected from the farmers revealed that they were highly appreciative of RSKS India's support. They expressed deep gratitude for the program, as it directly impacted their livelihoods and provided them with the tools necessary to improve their agricultural practices. Many farmers noted that this intervention was the first time they had received such direct and meaningful support, which significantly enhanced their confidence in farming as a sustainable livelihood.
