Under the project "Empowering Poor Women with Sustainable Livelihood", in the month September -October 2016, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has established 7 women self help groups and 5 women self help groups has been provided micro bank loan for establishing self-employment and economic development. Now, the members of these women self help groups are using the loan for initializing economic developing activities and thus they are stepping ahead to get better livelihood.
The women empowerment project is being succesfully managed by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation. Under the project, deprived and marginalised poor women are being empowered socially and economically by self help groups.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has also provided a 4-days life skill development and a 3-days capacity building training to 47 members of 4 women self help groups by which leadership will be developed among these deprived women. The reduction in poverty of these women and their habit of saving getting them strong financial position reflect positive effects of the project. Poor and deprived women are becoming self-reliant and living a better life with dignity and confidence. The credit goes to all supporters and associates.
